In 1998 Washington Properties, Inc. and DSI Partners purchased a 12 acre industrial site in Crossroads Business Park in Bolingbrook, IL. A 105,000 sf building was built on the site and 100% leased to Sprint PCS for 10 years. The property was sold in 2005.
