Lincoln Village Shopping Center was originally constructed in the early 1950’s and rehabbed in the late 1980’s. Washington Properties, Inc. & Terraco, Inc. purchased the property in 1999. The project was redeveloped and many national tenants were placed. The property was sold in 2006.
